If you have any questions about this Term of Service, please open a ticket at IndoVirtue Billing Panel. This Term of Service is between you as a Client and IndoVirtue, including all of its staff and owner, which is valid since the date you order any services from IndoVirtue. By accepting this Terms of Service, you represents and warrants that you are the authorized representative of the organization or entity that you purports to represent, and agrees to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about you as prompted in the account registration process. Please do not use a proxy or VPN during signup. Your order may fail or delayed if it fails IndoVirtue automated fraud checks.

When an order have been placed and paid in full, IndoVirtue aims to setup your service within forty eight hours. This is only a worst case and actual implementation will be faster most of the time.

Renewal invoice is sent seven days before due and services are renewed automatically when you paid the invoice. All requests for termination of service must be made through billing panel two weeks before the due date.

Quarterly, semi-annual, annual, bi-annual and triennial service contracts are discounted packages and therefore cannot be part paid or cancelled until renewal. New orders submitted before 21th of the month will be billed until end of the current month while new orders submitted after 21th of the month will be billed until end of the next month.

You shall pay all fees according to the prices listed in the Billing Panel. The prices listed in Billing Panel shall remain in effect during the invoiced term. IndoVirtue may change the specifications and/or fees it charges you for Services upon providing thirty (30) days prior notice.

Indovirtue requires all invoices to be paid on time. For our VPS products, payment which is not made after one day past the due date will result of the service being suspended. Service will then terminated when payment is not made after seven days. When your service is terminated, all files and data will be deleted. Note that our dedicated server products have much stricter time frame than above rules and might result in data termination after one day past due date.

IndoVirtue reserves the right to suspend or cancel your access to any or all services when IndoVirtue decides that the account has been inappropriately used or otherwise at any time. IndoVirtue also reserves the right to reject and refund an order which does not meet its fraud check or otherwise to anyone.


IndoVirtue has seven days money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with IndoVirtue services for any reason, please open a support ticket and you will receive a full refund (minus setup fees and overage charges) if you cancel your account within seven days of the activation of your account.

IndoVirtue refund policy does not apply to our dedicated server products and any additional items or services. This includes but is not limited to MySQL, Domain Registration and Parking services as well as Software License. No refunds are available after seven days. In order to cancel service, you must contact IndoVirtue by making a ticket in your Billing Panel. The seven days money back guarantee does not apply to service renewals. There is also no refund for early termination of service.

Account which is suspended or terminated by IndoVirtue for violating its Terms of Service does not qualify for the seven days money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.


The default 99.9% uptime guarantee will apply to IndoVirtue services. Exceptions would include scheduled maintenance, required repairs, Denial of Service attacks, any downtime caused by you, and any loss or interruption of services due to causes beyond the control of IndoVirtue or which are not reasonably foreseeable by IndoVirtue, including but not limited to acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of or delay in telecommunications or digital transmission links or third party services, internet slow-downs or failures, failure of third party software or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the services.

Service Level Agreement claims will be made in the form of account credit only. All claims against IndoVirtue Service Level Agreement have to be made via a ticket in the billing panel with details of the downtime experienced within 7 days from the downtime. IndoVirtue will credit 10% of your affected service’s monthly fee into your WHMCS account for every one day of downtime that exceeds the Service Level Agreement, up to a maximum of 100% of the affected service’s monthly fee.


IndoVirtue servers are protected by RAID and offsite weekly backup of every VPS is performed for disaster recovery purposes. However, Indovirtue does not provide any kind of guarantee and liability for any content stored on IndoVirtue servers. Your data is your own responsibility and you need to backup your data on your own expense regularly. In event of server failure on the extreme rare case, you might be provided with a fresh service with no existing data. Accidents and disaster can be happened outside our control and the only thing we can do is doing backups to prepare in case that event happened.



IndoVirtue service is running on resource sharing principals, which means a number of customer’s service are hosted from the same server or network. Service on a shared server must share resources with other services, so IndoVirtue must limit how much of the CPU, RAM and bandwidth that can be used by any service. To ensure that IndoVirtue service is reliable and available for the greatest number of users, your service usage cannot adversely affect the performance of other client’s service.

IndoVirtue may suspend or terminate your service to you and with no liability to IndoVirtue if your service found to have an excessive burden on IndoVirtue systems and potential adverse impact on other users. Keep in mind that this resource sharing principals is not valid for our dedicated server since you can use all allocated resources on dedicated products.

In the event of Denial of Service attack against your service, network null will be applied. Repeated attacks against your service will result in suspension or termination to you and with no liability to IndoVirtue.

In the event that your service has been suspended for resource abuse or / and Denial of Service that cannot be resolved by removing or modifying a script and you do not wish to upgrade to a plan to accommodate your service’s needs, you will be given the opportunity to download your files within 48 hours of the suspension. The account will remain suspended until such time that traffic has subsided or abusive scripts have been disabled.


– Spamming is strictly prohibited; any client found doing so will have their services immediately terminated. IndoVirtue reserves the right in determining the validity of a spamming complaint. Sites / services advertised via spam is also not allowed to be hosted on IndoVirtue servers. This includes, but is not limited to spam sent via fax, email, instant messaging, or Usenet / newsgroups.

– Adult/pornographic content, open/public proxy and VPN is prohibited. Private proxy and VPN is allowed.

– Virus, Worm, Trojan Horse, phishing activity or any other form of destructive content is prohibited.

– Copyrighted content is prohibited. You will be allowed twenty four hours to respond to the complaint, failing which the service may be suspended until further communication. Repeated copyright complaints will result in termination of the service.

– Using IndoVirtue network as a means to transmit or post defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening language is strictly prohibited.

– It is not allowed to advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available any software, program, product, or service that is designed to violate this Agreement, which includes the facilitation of the means to spam, initiation of pinging, flooding, mailbombing, denial of service attacks, and piracy of software.

– It is prohibited to engaging in activities that are determined to be illegal, including betting, advertising, transmitting, or otherwise making available ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, fraudulently charging credit cards, and pirating software.

– Unauthorized access of other computers or networks as well as any activity that might be used as a precursor to an attempted system penetration (port scan, stealth scan or other information gathering) is not allowed.

– Any abuse of resources, intentional or not, may result in your account being suspended or terminated.

– Client that executes or suffers from Denial of Service or other attacks may be suspended or terminated.

– All forms of TOR (network anonymity) nodes are strictly prohibited on IndoVirtue services.

– It’s not allowed to engaging in any other activities whether lawful or unlawful that IndoVirtue determines to be harmful to its subscribers, operations, reputation, goodwill or customer relations.

– Oscam daemon as VPS main usage is prohibited. The main reason we don’t allow this is because the money you give to us should go to your Satellite TV provider instead. You’re not supposed to stole their rights of money and gives to us. We are aware that no one will know about this, and we will not tell anyone either. But we don’t want to receive illegal or dirty money because we simply fear to God.

– Using IndoVirtue Singapore Budget VPS to run game server mentioned in IndoVirtue game server product pages is prohibited because of ddos problem. If you really want, you can make a support ticket to us for exception, or you can order IndoVirtue game server or IndoVirtue Premium VPS instead.


What Information Does IndoVirtue Gather?
When you register for IndoVirtue account, IndoVirtue obtains contact information, such as your name, email and postal address, and phone number, as well as payment information, such as your credit card number. When you use IndoVirtue’s service, our systems record information about your session, such as the dates and times of use, and the specific Internet address assigned to you. To do this we may use standard web server log files as well as session or persistent based cookies. Information on your online sessions is used to allocate system resources and to ensure compliance with IndoVirtue’s Service Level Agreements. Information on your communications with IndoVirtue’s support team is used to address the issues raised by your communications. In addition, IndoVirtue regularly sends out mailings regarding the operation of its service and other goods and services that it believes may be of interest to you. IndoVirtue reserves the right to send bulletins and other important information regarding the service at its discretion.

Does IndoVirtue Share Your Information With Third Parties?
IndoVirtue will not share or disclose information regarding its customers except (i) when IndoVirtue receive legal process such as a court order or are required to disclose the information by law; (ii) when reasonably necessary to protect the company’s rights or property; (iii) in emergencies where someone’s safety is at risk; (iv) as required for domain name registration (e.g.whoislookup). Account which is suspended or terminated by IndoVirtue for violating its Terms of Service does not qualify for this Privacy Policy.

You should be aware, however, that any information that you disclose in a public space such as a bulletin board, personal Web site, and IndoVirtue’s domain name registration is freely available to anyone else visiting that space. IndoVirtue cannot safeguard any personally identifiable information you disclose in these locations, nor can it ensure that information you voluntarily supply to third parties remains private. Please review the privacy policies of third party sites you frequent to ensure that your privacy preferences are respected.

The security of your personal information is important to IndoVirtue. When you enter sensitive information on IndoVirtue registration or order forms, IndoVirtue encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). IndoVirtue follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to IndoVirtue, both during transmission and once IndoVirtue receive it. However, keep in mind that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while IndoVirtue strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, IndoVirtue cannot guarantee its absolute security.

How Can I Correct or Update the Information?
You may correct that information by updating IndoVirtue with your new information to IndoVirtue Billing Panel. Please keep in mind that under IndoVirtue’s Service Level Agreements, you are required to provide IndoVirtue with current contact and billing information. IndoVirtue may require a copy of a government issued form of identification before disclosing billing information or before making changes to the billing or contact information on an account.

What Happens to the Information if I Leave IndoVirtue?
If you ever leave IndoVirtue, IndoVirtue will normally delete your personally identifiable account information twelve months after the account is cancelled, unless IndoVirtue is under a legal obligation to retain it. IndoVirtue preserve account information for this short period of time in the event you wish to reactivate your account and retain your previous e-mail address. However, in the event of any accounting irregularities, IndoVirtue reserves the right to retain your contact and billing information as necessary to resolve the matter. If you are a citizens of country in European Union, you are able to fully control, edit and delete your stored data.


IndoVirtue may amend this Terms of Service at any time by posting the amended Terms of Service on its web site and the effective date of any such amendment will be the date on which the amended Terms of Service is posted. You agree that you has read and understands these Terms of Service and acknowledges a duty to periodically check these terms and conditions. IndoVirtue may also add, delete or modify some or all of its services at any time and in its sole discretion.


Except as expressly set forth in section 3 of this agreement, all services are provided on an “as is” basis. IndoVirtue will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. IndoVirtue does not make, and hereby disclaims, any and all other express and/or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and title, and any warranties arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade practice. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, wrong delivery, and all service interruptions caused by IndoVirtue. IndoVirtue does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

You agree that you shall defend, indemnify, save and hold IndoVirtue harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against IndoVirtue that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by IndoVirtue. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IndoVirtue against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any service sold or otherwise distributed in connection with IndoVirtue server; (2) any material supplied by you infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to you from IndoVirtue.

In no event shall IndoVirtue be liable to you, your users or any other third party for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive or non-contractual damages or lost profits arising out of or related to this agreement or any services, even if IndoVirtue has been advised of the possibility thereof. IndoVirtue’s liability, if any, to you or to any third party hereunder shall in no event exceed the total after tax profits earned by IndoVirtue under this agreement in the last one month. You acknowledge that IndoVirtue has set its prices and entered into this agreement in reliance upon the limitations of liability and the disclaimers of warranties set forth herein, and that the same form an essential basis of the bargain between the parties. You agree that the limitation and exclusions of liability will survive and apply even if found to have failed of their essential purpose.
